It is not a sales call and does not assume that an engagement will proceed. Its purpose is simply to determine whether there is genuine relevance and alignment.
What This Conversation Is
A private discussion is:

- Context-led
- Senior-level
It is an opportunity to:
- understand the strategic context you are operating within
- explore whether focused, invitation-led engagement would be relevant
- assess whether this approach is appropriate for both sides
There is no obligation and no expectation beyond the conversation itself.
What This Conversation Is Not
To be clear, a private discussion is not:
- a proposal meeting
- a sales presentation
- a commitment to proceed
- a gateway to access or introductions
If there is no clear alignment, we are explicit about that early.
